Gelist and NFUoh Gel Polishes

I finally got time to go down to my school and purchased gel nail polishes from IGel and NFUoh, they are really fun to work with!  For marblizing effect, if done with nail polishes, you worry about the polishes dry up on you before you complete your work and regret it when the art does not look the way you really want it to.  With the gel polishes, the fun is all in your hands!  You can get drag, pull, swirl and redo to the way you want it and admire your fun work when it's all completed.  Hehe thanks to ever-striving-to-invent-make-nail techs-lives-easier peeps!  BIG THANKS!!!

Bridal Nails

Hey girls!  Long time since I last blogged, hope you are all doing fine, and Merry X'mas and a Happy New year!  Time Flies!  Hope everyone had a good year and have a better one next year! 

Been working for 7 months in an admin job and doing nails part time, life seems fuller now :)  I get to do nails when there are appointments on weekends and work 5 days in an office.  I like it very much! 

As written on the title, I shall upload the bridal nails pic!

I am so proud to be able to do this set of nails for my bellydance classmate!  She's a very kind and nice girl, and she deserves all the good things happening to her! Have a great marriage!  Hugs!

Sorry to stop blogging for a long time but really busy with work and after work, I simply wash up and lie down straight to relax for the next day's hard work.  Hope to be able to blog soon!  Hugs all, and have a great celebrations soon! :D  Enjoy!!!

2 days ago I just did a 2 fingers 3D hello kitty for my friend, it's my 2nd try :O tried and tested for many times to get the right face :D now I know why most of the girlfriends I know love it :D

Did this set on Sunday, whipped out the self made (secretly) kitties to surprise my friend.  Wanted to do more stuff on her but due to work constraints at her workplace so we simply put on the kitties lol...

Did this set last December for my lil sis' friend whom is a fan of Hello Kitty!  It was for her birthday!  Look real bling in real life then but my phone is just a super letdown -.-;;;  btw, this kitty has got ribbon on it, and the other has a flower :O  and two hidden kittens among the flowers if you can spot them lol...  Painted the hidden kitties first then...  Tadah!  *Whips 3D kitties out* :O The joy of putting a smile on your friends' faces is really satisfying :D

CNY 2011 Nails!

Hi dears!  Belated Happy Chinese New Year!  Been busy till of date for CNY nails and some V-day's Bridal Nails!  Thanks for all the sporting girls whom just want to try out super blings nails and I started to gain interest in doing them now that I can't stop adding more crystals to make the nails so bling that it hurts :O

By the way, will just post the few nails that I did during the busy period where I got to start doing those bling bling nails :D 

 Did this for a very special customer of mine :D love her much because she's a great friend to me as well!  Accompanied me to do my hair and collect my clothes for CNY after doing her nails :O

Did this for a customer I bumped into when I was helping out at a friend's nail shop!  Couldn't recall at first till she pointed out that she visited me some time back! :O  Life is full of surprises!

Bridal Soft Gel Sculptured nails!!

Did this set of clear soft gel sculptured nails for a cute and very nice bride to be customer!  Had fun chatting with her as well, hope you like this set of nails babe!  Have a blissful marriage!!

Gel nails with Designs & 3D flowers!!

Recently addicted to doing different nail designs on my own fingers.  Tried doing coloured gels marbling on soft gel.  Love the colours contrast.  Just needa add some blings or glitters and you are good to go! :D

Tried out different type of marbling on my pinkie.  Love them lots, a lot like a small kid scribbling aimlessly and getting some special effects!

After trying out the first marbling, got the kick to do it on my customer.  So here they are, with some glitters and 3D flowers!  :D

Thumb & pinky = hard gel sculptured, middle 3 fingers = soft gel sculptured, loved the black & white rose which I thought to try it out after flipping through Nail Up Magazine!  love the contrast, gonna try out different combinations soon!

Hard Gel French Tips Overlay!!

My customer wanted white french tips for the clean look but wants something different from the classic look so we experimented adding some glitters which looks quite nice yet not ruining the clean look!  love her enthusiasm!  First time doing nails this length although looks kinda weird for french but glitter can cover some of the length making it look less huge!  We had fun trying out, hope to have chances to try out more stuff soon!

Gel Nails!

My customer wanted something red and she loves black hence we decided on this!  same for both hands, middle fingers were covered fully with red to add be unique.  Something loud with colours but toned down with simple designs :)

After being motivated by ideas trying out different designs on each nail.  Love the thumb and cinnamoroll!

Soft Gel French Nails Extensions

Heya!  I did this set on myself for samples and self practising.  Did this with my handicapped left hand hence sorry for the mess :X  Did soft gel on my right hand so I do not need to buff off with my weak left hand so...  hehe...  Gonna do hard gel sample on my left hand tomorrow :)  Hope to show you girls tomorrow! :))  Nite!!

3rd Hong Kong Nail Art Competition 2010

This is my very first time getting a 3rd place for anything!  I'm really happy even though it is student category!  I have always wanted to paint something since a long long long time ago but I do not know how to because I have no inkling how paintings are done.  I learnt the skill @ Ecsalonce from my mentor Ms Catherine Wong!  Thanks for your patience and devotion teacher!  *Salutes*  I will continue to work hard!

Nails Asia 2010!!

Hi girls!! Nails Asia 2010 has just ended 2nd March, had fun there!! It's really great to see amazing nail art there! :D I took part in natural nail care & Mixed media nail art categories this year :D Didn't win anything but won loads of fun! hehe... Nails Asia Competition 2009

Recently, a sweet customer of mine sent me an email of her bridal photo with a close up of the nails I did for her on the very same day of her bridal photoshoot! Was so worried I might take so much time that the bridal studio's staff might get angry...

Luckily finished before estimated time or... on the dot?? well... anyways, she is so sweet to send me a message saying everything went well and everyone liked her nails :)

My First International Customer! :D

So happy to be able to serve a customer from Spain! Though she has migrated to Australia with her hubby a few years ago. Just came to Singapore for a 9 days trip and more incredibly, they managed to find their way to my place without much difficulty except that they might have alighted one stop too late and got to walk one stop back :S! BRAVO!
